What exactly is covered under the 10-year guarantee?
Your guarantee covers leakage and damp seepage through the areas we treated, premature failure of the membrane such as debonding or blistering, and recurring leaks at joints, parapets, drains and penetrations we sealed. The certificate lists the exact system, area and term for your property.
What is excluded from the warranty?
No waterproofing warranty covers new structural damage that occurs after handover, unauthorised alterations or additional drilling, damage caused by later painting, tiling or third-party work, and force majeure events such as natural disasters. These are outside the scope of any surface waterproofing system.
Is the guarantee transferable if I sell my property?
Yes. Our guarantees are fully transferable to the new owner at no cost. Simply register the transfer with us using the property address and your guarantee reference number, and the remaining term passes on intact.
Do I need to do anything to keep the warranty valid?
Keep the treated area accessible and allow us to carry out the free annual health check. Avoid unauthorised drilling, tiling or structural changes over the treated surface, as these can void cover for the affected area.
How long does a warranty claim take to resolve?
We acknowledge claims within 24 hours and complete a free site diagnosis within 48 hours. For a covered claim, rectification is typically scheduled within 3–5 working days, followed by a flood test and updated documentation on the same visit.
